    Hi,

For the error messages, it indicates that entities missing in Finance and Operation.
What the current version of the Dynamics 365 Finance?
Can you try to update the latest versions of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance with the latest quality update (QU) or later.
Once the environment is updated, you can refresh all data entities in Finance and Operations following Workspaces > Data management > Framework parameters > Entity settings > Refresh entity list.
Then you can try to install it again.
    The reference Document:

    Best Regards,
    Judy
