Recurring events in Real-Time

Hello,

we are using event planning (Dynamics 365 Customer Insights) and would like to conduct recurring events in the future.

So far, we have been using an external tool (edudip) for this purpose.

 

The recurring events feature is only available in Outbound-Marketing and not in Real-Time.

Will this feature be available in Real-Time in the future? When?

Can we simply continue running events via Outbound until the end of June, even though everything else is already running in Real-Time?

    Hi Bernice,

    I don't believe this functionality is available yet in Real Time Journeys, and so the workaround in the meantime would be to use the 'save-as' feature and re-create the event as a separate one.




    I would also recommend posting this as an idea on the Microsoft Ideas Page.

    As far as I'm aware you'll be able to continue utilising Outbound Events until Outbound is deprecated in June, and the records will then become read-only. However for any Events you wish to set up with a start date post June will need to be created as Real Time Events.
