How to check tagging of contact record on insight

I'm using Dynamics 365 Marketing and redirect URL on my WEB site.

When check the redirect URL insight, there are some history of access of the contact.

But the contact has not accessed the redirect URL, it's seems wrong contact is recognized in insight.

How can I check what does Dynamics 365 use to verify a contact accessed the redirect URL.

    Thank you for your answer.

    The customer submitted the form from the LP, but it still seems to be perceived as a different contact.

    If possible, I would like to see which cookie is recognized as the contact in Dynamics 365.

    I also checked with Microsoft support, as I wanted to see how the tags were set up.

    They replied that there is no such feature, so I posted this on Ideas.
