Hello, I have looked around and cannot seem to find the answere to this issue.

Sales Order No. must have a value in Shopify Order Header: Shopify Order Id=5701715132645. It cannot be zero or empty.

If requesting support, please provide the following details to help troubleshooting:

I’m experiencing the same issue. I submitted it to support three days ago and haven’t received any response. I’m starting to wonder if Microsoft even has technical support anymore. Honestly, after so many years, their service seems less and less 'human.' If you manage to find a solution, I’d appreciate it if you could share it with me. Thanks!
