How to generate the cloud pos URL for Unified Env

Hi everyone,

I’m working in a Unified Environment setup in Dynamics 365 Commerce (D365FO) and need to configure the Cloud POS for our deployment. However, I haven’t been able to find a clear guide on generating or manually constructing the Cloud POS URL for the Unified Environment.

I understand that the URL is typically based on the environment, but in this setup, it’s not automatically generated. Could someone provide the steps or the format for creating this URL?

    We are still using LCS to manage commerce related functionalities on our power apps linked environment.
     
    If the CSU is not deployed, use the manage button on LCS environment to deploy CSU. If the CSU is already deployed, the channel profile values became blank after DB restore. You can just re-apply the last update on the CSU, which will update the URLs on Dynamics 365 FO environment.

    Thank you for the guidance! However, our environment isn't managed through LCS, so we’re unable to access the typical CSU deployment or updates from there. Is there any alternative way to configure the Cloud POS URL in a Unified Environment outside of LCS?

    Thanks for the clarification. Even though not related to deployment. The below article on deploying a commerce trial might help. It also explains how and where you can see the Cloud Scale Unit in PowerApps Admin Center.
