Hello community, I have a problem with my template for my notifications in dynamics 365, I check my design in my browser and everything goes well, I check when uploading the template to dynamic 365, but when I send it to my email the design is ruined , I have tried some designs to adapt it to the size that is required and everything goes wrong, I would appreciate the help.
I have the same question (0)

What file format is your template?  It needs to be html.

Can you be more specific with the issues?  "it's ruined" and "everything goes wrong" are too vague for us to help you.  If you can post some screenshots of the results you get, that would be best.

    Hi Francisco,

I would suggest to use as simple as possible HTML. Remember, there are restrictions when sending email and that counts for HTML email as well. The HTML content can be changed by the recipients email server, that's done for many different reasons. Search for "sending html emails best practice" to find out more. Also, please share your template with us and give us more information.

    Hi Francisco,

Your template seems okay to me. What is going wrong in the email when it is received? Does it have to do with the layout or are the placeholders not populated in the email?

    Hi Anton

Right now the problem that I present is the size of the fields vertically they come out quite wide and I can't find the way to make them come out smaller when it comes to being sent to the email.

If I understand correctly, the table and or the table columns are too wide? Try using the width style property on the table and columns, see my example below.
