Hi,
We wanted to added a couple of tax related fields like VAT / GST (depending on the country) and withholding tax to the Voucher Transaction Inquiry form. There are no tax related fields available in personalisation. How do we use the Joins functionality to add the required fields? Which of the tables below need to be added:

Are you looking to add the necessary data sources to the form to display these fields?
The data should already be a part of Dynamics 365, we are not looking to add any external data. What we are looking is to add the tax amount and the withholding tax amount fields to the report.
Yes. The data is already present on Dynamics 365. My question was if you are looking for the tables that hold this information and if you would like to do any development changes to the form to display the Tax data.
I am looking for two things:
- tables that hold that data
- if they can be joined using the Joins option in Inquiry form. The new fields can then be added using personalisation.
We are not looking to develop anything.
The tables you see in the inquiry form are based on the tables in the form data source. You won't be able to add new tables here without development changes.

When I click on the Joins option, I can see some tables as per the screenshot I shared earlier. I am not asking to add a table which is not there in the list. Wouldn't one of those tables be holding the tax data and why can't I connect to that table and use it in the report. This looks like functionality which is already there.

You are right. I was looking at the wrong screen. You can try these tables for the information you are looking for -
1. TaxTrans
2. TaxTrans_IN.
3. TaxWitholdTrans_IN

That's what I was trying to do as well. You can add these joins to filter the data. But you don't have an option to add these fields into the form as the form does not have these tables as data source.
If you want to use the same form, you will need to customize it.
