Remove Unrequired Managed solution from MSCRM

Hi All,

I had created a Crm trial instance and then i need to install the CustomerSelfServicePortal for my instance but mistakely PartnerPortel got installed then i have install CustomerSelfPortal. Now I want to remove PartnerPortal solutions. but how do i identify those PartnerPortal solutions. I have installed PartnerPortal from port.crm8.dynamics.com/.../InstancePicker.aspx . while installing it has installed multiple manged solution. we may delete managed solutions by navigating setting>solution then select solution and remove but how do i identify the partner portal solutions there are multiple also there are CustomerSelfServicePortal Solutions and i need to remove PartnerPortal, i have also sorted by date. Anyone knows the solution.

Hi Ishan Sharma,

If you created the trial instance then you should know what managed solutions you want to remove. If you are still unsure you can take a screenshot of your solutions and I will tell you to do based on that information.

Hello,

You can simply setup another trial where you can install your required portal and can compare which of the solution are not required.

Hi Ishan,

I have one trial instance , while I have created I choose all of the modules. Here is my trial instance solutions (21 ). You can compare with this and removed other solutions .

I have sort solution name with desc order here . Hope this helps.
