Sales journal is not showing , a window flashes and then store operation manager freezes , same happens if done within RMS Store operations POS.
RMS is on latest version with all hotfix and service packs

Let me make this clear: Under the batch window, there are suppose to list of batches. In my case, it is not showing. It is just blank. It is showing only two batches 1 and 2 and when you click on the first batch, nothing shows. No preview. When you click the lookup button for dates of receipts, nothing shows.
are you getting any error message ? under register configuration is the correct register number selected ?
I did. The same thing. Here is the picture. When you click on view journal from store operations manager, automatically, the batch window displays showing list of receipts. in my case, it is not showing any receipt at all.
what incident happened ? did you check under manager->register->receipt printer , have you selected ' journal receipt from this printer'
They were showing before the incident happened, which was yesterday. Till now I can see any receipt on the journal window.

The receipt are not displaying on the journal window but from store operations manager and the POS respectively. I have checked all options. It displays the journal window but there are no invoices/receipt. I tried to use the LOOKUP button to back-date so that store operations can generate previous receipts but nothing happens. Please, what do I do?

I am also having the same issue too. IN my case, the receipts are not displaying on the journal window.
I physically installed 80 column printer and made it default , it works now .
