Please let me know if any one having any idea on how to send using the Domino mail service / Domino Access Service (Lotus Notes) in C#.

    You can try using the SMTP client based on this support thread

    social.msdn.microsoft.com/.../lotus-notes-send-mail-using-systemnetmailsmtpclient

    Or you could try using the Notes library com object
