Hello,
How do project contracts relate to projects? From my understanding, Time&Material or Fixed-Price projects much have a contract and the contract must have funding sources. Is it possible for a single contract to be linked to multiple projects? So for example, if we are awarded a contract that resulted in multiple projects, should we create a project contract for each or can we link all these projects to the same project contract?
Regards,George
Hi George.D,
When entering into a contract with a customer or other funding source to complete a project, we need to first create a project contract.
Yes, you can link a single contract to multiple projects. By using a project contract, you can invoice one or more projects at the same time.

Hi George,
QianQW is correct. The contract is a field on the Project table. In this way is it indeed possible to have one contract on multiple projects. Another reason is that sub-projects also needs to have a project contract linked which is in many scenarios the same as the main project.
Hi. Although its possible but in practice not all projects have similar conditions such as term of payment.Project contract is in a way superior to project itself. From accuracy point of view, separate project contracts may work better.
