Duplicated meeting requests sent out to clients

Hi,

We have a problem with duplicated meeting request in our Dynamics CRM 365.

Scenario:

I open meeting request, edit dates, location, add contacts, then I track them with Dynamic 365 Opportunity and click send. After that the Outlook sends at least 2 meeting invitations to each contact. And this does not happen all the time. Mostly I use owa.

Its the same with internal and external meetings. One client even got 4 meeting request invitations.
