Issue with Approval Management

Hi,

I'm using the BC365, spring Release, 

After setup the approval management workflow, once i click on "Send to approval", i receive this error :

Attempted to issue a client callback while a write transaction started, this can impact performance: Table 1504 Workflow Step Instance SetTableRelationValues.

---------------------------

Any one have an idea? I received the same error with all approval workflows!!

    Did you have approvals working before this spring release? Or have you only just set them up?

    This is looking like something you'll probably need to submit to Microsoft as it looks like quite a complex error.
