Hi all,

We are using the ISO20022 in Electronic Reporting and, on the Covering Letter, we have managed to insert a logo on the header.

However, we would like to have a dynamic picture, that would be obtained from the legal entities table.

Can anyone help us on this?

Hello Mafalda,

I just shared that on my blog; not for the covering letter but for invoice documents.

You should be able to apply the same principles for other electronic reports.

For example purpose, use Free text invoice (Excel) configuration, adjust the standard file:

Open the designer

Select the Header line and click +Add > Excel Cell > rptHeader_ReportLogo

Select the line rptHeader_ReportLogo and click on Mapping on the right you will see Edit formula > add: model.InvoiceBase.CompanyInfo.Logo

Save and close the formula editor.

Save and close the Designer, complete the configuration and select this version in Print Management to enable it.

The logo of the exported FTI Excel should be the one in your setup:

You can explore the example to understand the necessary mappings and adjustments required for your objective.
