An item in our system, YW-1625 White, shows 159 units on sales order.
When I drill down, it shows 3 canceled orders totaling this 159:
How can I get the canceled orders to stop displaying as "on sales order" here? When I look in the item card, it shows zero on sales orders.
Hope someone can help!
Hello,
Your 2nd image shows a Document Type of Cancel Order. This is a customization and not part of standard NAV. I would ask your Partner to look at the code they wrote and see why the Qty on Sales Orders appears as my guess is that they are NOT archiving the Order and cancelling it from the Sales Order listing.
