We would like to add the following some extra fields in the form below:

POOL
SUPPLIER   NAME
ORDERER
BUSINESS   UNIT
CC
ACTIVITY
DATE OF   CREATION

I could find any of them in the Personalize area of the form:

    Hi Luca,

    When you click on Purchase order right from the filter box, you can also add several other fields from the same table.

    If some fields are not present, you have to add it with a customization.
