I have a multi select option fields in my CRM case forms. I am trying to search value from Quick find view.
I added the fields in find columns in my Quick find view. Does the multi select option set work in Dynamics 365 for quick find view? If yes. what is the configuration? else Please suggest any solution.
I tried today and it works for me, I can search by the multi-select optionSet's data in the main grid search bar after adding the field to the Quick Find view (as both a find column and view column).
I am using Sales Hub.
This information might be helpful in clearing up any confusion related to multi-select option sets.

I tried in my instance and I found that it worked only in Classic client not in UCI.
If you want to filter records by this multiselect field, you coud add this field to the view and use the filter tool.
