Advanced find and using multi select field

When searching Activities – Activity Type = phone call, appointments, emails we cannot include criteria for Initiative? Now Initiative is a multi select option field. 

So when I am in advanced find and select Activities from the Look for drop down, use Activity Type = Appointment, Email and phone call, then the next line I try to find "Initiative" but it isn't there to select, why?

This field is on all 3 activity type forms.  Please let me know if this is possible and how.

    Initiative’ field is a customized field? Because I’m not find it in the Activity, email, Appointment and phone call entity.

    As you mentioned, it has added in three entities (Appointment, Email and phone call), so you can go Settings > Customization > Customize the system > Entities > Activity > Fields to check that the field is in the activity entity or not?

    If it does not exist on the active entity, you can set it in Activities(Parties)--Activity(Phone Call)--Initiative :

    But it just can set one entity, the default filter type is 'And' in Advanced Find, which means that three entities can't set at the same time, it will return no results.

    so you can just set it in the one entity, can't set three entities at the same time.
