.Customer maintainance window Go To dropdown menu not working

In the upper right corner of the .Customer Maintancence window is a "Go To" button.  Nothing happens when I click it.  How do I fix this?

    The core GP Customer Maintenance window does not have a GoTo button.   I would say there is something wrong with a custom or you could also look at security to the custom windows.
