I am trying to send out a confirmation text message to contacts who update their preferences. Some messages to users are getting blocked even though they have opted in to the purpose. It's a restrictive enforcement model. I have a CPC record for the leads/ contacts, and the message sends for some users and not for others. Is there something I am missing for some user settings that might be causing the messages to have a send failure? The journey gives me the error message "SMS delivery failed. Response from the provider: failed".
