Thank you Redbeard! I will check out Clippership. You are correct about Starship; they offer international shipping but, only from the US.
I did find Process Weaver, which is a global solution but, the product doesn't have a built in integration to Dynamics GP so, one would need to be custom built.

You may want to take a look at Clippership, from IBS Northwest.

There is also StarShip from V-Technologies, but I believe they are focused mainly on US companies who ship to companies both in and outside the US.
