I am recently engaged to help a small client sort out some of their accounting in an old version of NaVsion - 2.60.E - and to prepare to migrate to another system in a few months.  I have some NaVision experience but it was a long time ago...

How do I create a dataport to pull ending balances from all GL accounts by Department and Project codes and create an ASCII file or delimited XLS file?

    Are the "Department" and "Project Code" Dimension 1 and Dimension 2 in your NAV system?
