E-Mailing From GP issue with Office 363 and GP shortcut icon from Terminal Server.

One of our client is using Office 365 office and installed local computer. They are accessing GP shortcut icon in their desktop from Terminal Server where Office is not installed. When they try to send email from GP it seems to be not working (I don’t have exact error msg).

Do I need to do any other configuration to work on above scenario so client can send invoice through email.

Any help on this will be highly appreciable.

Sandip, not sure if I understood the above correctly, but having Outlook on one machine and GP on another machine won't work. You should have both installed on the same machine.

If you install Outlook on the terminal server(TS), you have to configure outlook on each user's TS profile with their email acct.
