Hi MrBala,

You can refer following link to view what fields can be synchronized with Outlook in contact entity:

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/what-fields-synchronized-outlook#entity-contact

Note:

When the Contact entity is deactivated (Status Reason: Inactive), the Outlook field in Outlook will have Category [Dynamics 365] Inactive. This is to help differentiate the inactive vs. active status from a pool of tracked Outlook contacts.
