Can't post production order report as finished

I found an error when I posted production order report as finished  
"Quantity 1.00 cannot be updated with inventory reference Prod. reported as finished journal because inventory transaction with status Ordered, Arrived or Registered are insufficient."

After checking 

1. This production order created from SO. In SO line, it show a production order reference number.

2. In All production order, I found this production order same with SO line.

3. In inventory transaction, I found only sale order in on order status, but production order number lost   (I think it is a reason of this error)

Please advise, How to solve this problem??

Note : other reference production order of this production order don't have any problem when posting.

    Hello Nett Chao,

    Do you have sufficient items/materials that are needed for producing the finished good in inventory?

    To me it sounds that this is not the case, which would explain the error message.

    As your advice,  Should error on production order picking list process?  

    But, I already posted a production order picking list for materials.

    So, your production order is created out of the sales order, correct?

    Do you have other production orders that are similarly linked to a sales order and where you don't see this error?

    In other words, is this a 'one-time exception' or have you seen this error multiple times before for the same item that is produced?

    Ans : yes

    Ans : Other production orders from this sales order posted completely without this error.

    In other words, is this a 'one-time exception' or have you seen this error multiple times before for the same item that is produced?

    Ans : I found this error with other item from other sales order

    Many thanks for confirming that this is not a one time issue.

    Can you let us know what AX version you operate?

    Also, have you checked that this system behavior is not the result of a system bug especially if you run an older AX version?

    My AX version is 2012 R3.  Is it not older version?

    Hi Nett,

    Looks like a data issue.  I would suggest log a support ticket to work with Microsoft to do data patching
