Workflow approval error

Hello Friends,

We have ugpraded client from GP2013 R2 to GP 2016 R2. On PO Approval getting following error.  I have ran 'EXEC wfDeployClrAssemblies' with no luck.

Error details: 

SQL Server Native Client 11  A .Net Framework error occurred during execution of user defined routine or aggregate 'GetAssignedUsers'.  System.ArgumentNullException: Value cannot be null. Parameter name: userListGuidSystem.A

Any help on this will be highly appreciable.

    Check to see if all of your workflow types you're using have a current/selected manager on them. We've seen in the past where, during an upgrade process for whatever reason, it'll remove the workflow manager, which will cause this type of error.

    The wfDeployClrAssemblies procedure is the other resolution.
