We would like to to integrate Dynamics 365 Employee profiles with Azure Active Directory user profiles bidirectionally, including details such as employee position, department, location, manager, etc. Any suggestions on the best approach to achieve this integration would be highly appreciated.
For other synchronization options, you would need a customization. Anyway, I would initially challenge the 'bidirectionally' requirement. There should be an owner (person and system) for master data.
You can also try creating a Logic App or a Power Automate flow.
