Event custom registration field not displaying on form

Hi all

I needed to add a custom registration field to my event registration form and have created one using the OOB Custom Registration Fields. This custom field is not appearing on the default form in the event website. I can't find any steps etc I missed. Has anyone experienced this before? The only changes that have been made to the form are styling.

I can see in dev tools that  the div containing the event custom registration field is there, but no data seems to be feeding to it.

    Hi Ian,

    Are you using marketing form for registration or the default form?

    If you have enable the above option, what you need is form field instead of Custom Registration Fields.

    Hi Ian,

    That's really strange.

    I have tried to reproduce it but failed.

    Maybe you can try to stop the event temporarily and then go it live again to see if the field can be shown.

    Or try to reset your portal.

    If the problem persists, it is recommended to raise a support ticket for further help.
