Email body of emails sent from Dynamics 365 Online are truncated

Hello,

One of our users is reporting an issue with the emails she's sending form CRM. When she REPLIES to an email from CRM, the user can see the entirety of the message in the body of the email. When the user sends the email, the email message is truncated. All the previously reported issues I've found deal with email workflows, which we aren't using.

Curiously enough, this is the only user reporting this issue. Has anyone else experienced this?

We are using server-side sync for inbound/outbound emails. Version 1612 Online.

Thanks!

I'm experiencing the same issue. The received email sent from CRM appear truncated on outlook but performing a forward of the sent email than the body is fully received...have you solved the problem?

    Thanks

User's might get this for few reasons, but one of the could be the content of the email user received. If the received email had some HTML markup or codes that does not end a tag properly or something similar.

You could try few things to see whats causing the issue.

You could ask the same user to reply to a simple email from CRM and see it has the same issue.

And you could also do an advance find query on Email Messages entity and see the content of the Description field.  If the description field has the full content but the UI does not render properly, mostly likely its caused by the above-mentioned issue.

The email editor has improved a lot we should have less and less rendering issue.

    Hope this helps

Thnaks Kokulan, I seen the description field value of the email activity record and I found that the HTML is not valid due to an wrong HTML tag (the editor trasformed a simply text in an arbitrary tag). I think that I need a plugin to remove invalid tags
