I am a customer taking over for someone so I am learning RMS.
I need to know how can I use the Customer Source portal to see current payment services and methods?
I have asked our Partner to add a second payment service which my processor requested. Will I receive an email when the partner has added the new payment service, which I then act upon and Activate to get the definition built-up?

You will need to check with your Partner on their policies.
CustomerSource is available for Knowledge Base articles, software updates and other product related services.
For the payments you are looking for, again you will need to speak with your partner.
