Hi,
I am getting error during device activation on mPos, This is test environment with default Contoso DB and Windows Server 2012 R2.
Cannot see any error in windows application event log or Retail mPos devices
Also tried with new user account but result is same.
Run schedules jobs
Restart IIS and VM.
Async Server, Retail Server services are in running state.
Also checked Async client and Async Server connection are working fine.
Still Error Message is same:
"Device Activation Error
Sorry the server has encountered an error. it is either not available or it cannot response at this time.
