Vendor payment journal line can't be changed from None to Sent

Hello,

I'm trying to change the payment status to one of my wire payments and the system is not letting me. I can't change the payment status from the status column and the Function button is disabled.

    Hi,

    This jornal looks as if it is already posted.

    If the journal is posted you cannot change the status anymore.

    OK. Do you have a workflow linked to this journal or some other journal restrictions or posting controls in place?

    I do have a vendor disbursement journal workflow setup. I don't think I have any other restrictions or posting controls.

    Hi,

    Is the workflow in process?

    If so, can you recall it?

    Once it is recalled you should be able to make changes to your journal.
