Regarding - To add and Display total number of quantity of the particular field.

Hi experts , 

My Requirement is about all the products which are same belong to different brands. 

I want it to enter in one single item and that should include different brands of the same item .

Example we can take ToothPaste as a single  product but there are many different  brands to the same product.

In case I making the Purchase Order if one is not enough to make that purchase order instantly the same product of different brand should fill the gap to make it complete.

And all that quantity should be calculated and display it as a single inventory .

At last my need is to customize it in the Item card ..

Kindly , Please anybody help with your thoughts to free my mind..

    I think i would look into using Item Variants for this.

    Then you can have each brand as a variant. And keep statistics of the sale of each brand.

    And you can look at your total inventory or the inventory per. brand.(variant).

    Yes , I have tried it and it helped me in some way .

    While we make purchase order for 40 quantity of T-Shirt , if there is out of stock it should ask me to choose the another one of the same item to fill the quantity of the purchase order .

    For that case you have the item substitution that you find on the item page.

    There you can define substitution for Items and variants.

    You should check out how far that takes you.
