We are getting spammed for this email from PROD
An error occurred while processing the batch job Process automation polling system job. The following task(s) failed: ProcessAutomationPollingEngine.executeApplicationBatchServices 0 runtime task(s) Review the batch log for more details about the failure.
Is anyone else getting this email like 20 times a day? I thought I should ask if anyone else has a solution before creating a support ticket with Microsoft.
There is a HF available https://fix.lcs.dynamics.com/Issue/Details/1357582?kb=4541240 and obviously you can disable alerts, so you won't get those emails.
Thanks Ievgen, how does one disable these kinds of alert? I did not see any option.
Go to batch job form and on the action pain there is "alerts" button.
But I would like to install latest update anyway, that will include the HF and fix it.
This particular job does not seem to have that option. I have created a support request to fix this issue since fixes available on LCS are for earlier PUs. Thanks a lot.
