Can't show an activity in my customer profile

Hi

i'm trying Customer insights but while i make an activity is not visible in my customer profile.

I don't know why

I have the same question (0)

    When you say you created an activity can you clarify if you also Ran the activity?  If you go the Data -> Entities page and open the entity created for your activity does it have Data in it?  Can you confirm that the user you are looking at has activities in the data?

    ok, and if you look at the data in the entity created for the activity do you see an entry(ies) for the customer you are viewing?

    i created a transaction history, this data exist on my entities. but it still unavailable on my activity timline on the profile dashboard. the other thing is i can create only one activity, it's normal? thank you for the help

    You can only create one activity per entity (table) you have.  If you ave3 different types of activities you'd like to track individually in the same table you will need to break that into different tables in order to do so.

    Why they are not showing up is harder to answer. Assuming that you have data for the customer you are looking at and all is setup correctly then they should show up, though it may take a a little time (not much, but more than instantly) for the backend to sync and the metadata to flow through the system.
