We have some picking routes that have been picked completely, this means that handling status should be completed and we can send the shipment, since we have picked 100%. However the handling statuses for the routes are still "picked".

I'm guessing something is not updated correct by some user or some not handled picking routes have been connected to the shipment by mistake somehow.

Any idea for tables to cross-check to be able to find that missing row of the puzzle that keeps all picking routes not being completed?

Hi Henric,

Wow - I never heard of anyone using Shipments if they were not using Consolidated picking!

I think that the status of the Picking lines will only reach 'Completed' if ALL picking lines are either 'Picked' or 'Cancelled'. But as you say all lines are Picked, something must have gone wrong. I tried to make the same happen, by cancelling and short picking lines, but I couldn't.

Perhaps in a test environment, you could see what happens if you unpick and pick each line again?

The shipment type is Order picking.

The "deliver picked items" was geyed out.

the handling status for the picking routes are Completed, the handling status for the lines are Picked.

I have checked the WMSOrderTrans.expeditionStatus and all lines connected to this picking route/shipement are in status picked, which normaly means that the status should be updated to Completed. We have not had any problem with any shipments after this, it is just this one where the hanling status for the picking lines does not update, even though all lines have been picked.

Hi Henric,

That is the 'Functions' button on the Shipments form. Can you do Inquiry -> Picking routes. Then from the Picking route, do 'Functions'. You'll see 'Deliver picked items'. However, it maybe greyed out. If it is can you go to the 'General' tab on the Shipment, and tell me what the 'Shipment type' is.

Assuming the Shipment type is 'Consolidated picking', can you tell me the settings on the 'Outbound rule ID'?

Hi, thanks for your reply.

However I do not have that option under Functions. I only have "possible shortage", "Send ASN" and "Options". Remainging options are not possible to choose, and I do not have any option called "deliver picked items". I have "activate picking" but it's not possible to choose.

Hi Henric,

I you go to the Picking route (via the Shipments form) and do Functions -> Deliver picked items, the 'Deliver picked items' form appears. Hit 'Deliver items'. Does the handling status of the lines update to 'Staged', and the handling status of the picking route update to 'Completed'?
