Hi,
Is there any way to show created on date in notes grid in contacts after merging two contacts as it is showing modified on date.
We need to show created on date there.

Could you share me how did you check notes grid in contact?
I merged two contacts but auto-post record wasn't created in merged master contact timeline.
We can change display field of some items in timeline, please take tutorial below as reference:

Hi Clofly,
The tutorial you mentioned is saying to customize the card form in activities like "Email" entity. But i can't see Card Form in "Notes" entity. We have to change the display of field showing in Notes section in Contacts.
Yes we can not customize Notes card form nor you can create new card form.
All other activities such as taks, email card forms are customizable but Notes are not customizable.
I am afraid note section is not customizable for us.
Unfortunately when you merge two records, the Modified By/Modified On date gets changed, which can really mess up Notes in the timeline. I just discovered that Microsoft gave us the ability to display Notes based on the Created By and Created On fields. I just made this change on our Account records, and it "fixed" all the Notes that were showing up with the wrong name/date due to a merge.
