My team and I are currently testing Customer Insights Journeys in a Sandbox environment. We have come across a situation where the web tracking statistics does not seem to be working as we expect.
After either clicking on a link on an email or submitting a form, the cookies msdynci_trackingContext and msdynmkt_formsubmissionid are successfully created. When we navigate on the same website, on pages that contain the tracking script provided by CIJ, we do not see the Website visited or Website clicked number change. This is referring to the Insights tab in a Contact profile page.
Any idea what we could be doing wrong?
In addition, does anyone know where this information is stored? If it's accessible in any specific tables? Or if there are any specific tables that contain references to either cookies?
