Hi,
We are not able see the system view "Application User" of "User" entity listed under view select dropdowns in both User settings page and Advanced Find page.
Not sure from when on this is occurring but we noticed this today(09/Feb/2022), When I check in System Customization I can find the view is still active and available and its only present in "System" and "S2SApplicationExtension" solution both of Microsoft hence no additional customisation done.
This behaviour is noticeable at all orgs we are having in our tenant.
Wondering whether its been intentional or MS is working on a patch to resolve this issue. Without this view we cannot add an application user in to the environments.
Can anyone shed some light on what's happening with this view and why its not visible to System Administrators.

Hi,
If you are using CRM Online then you can still add/manage Application user. Follow below steps -
Login to admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/environments
Select Enviornment -> Click Users link from right -> Select app user list as highlighted below
