Hello,
I need to install a GP 10 in a client running Windows 7, and I am very new in this product, one time a tech guy came to my office and he has copied some files and installed those in the new client, if somebody can tell me what files I should copy for the new computer.

You should definitly also taking a look to the following KB's from Microsoft (can be found on the Customer Source). They'll help you with the 64-bits env. setup in Win7... about the tricky ODBC and UAC settings.

GP requires the application setup files to be installed which located on the product CD or DVD and does not require any additional files to start.
However, some clients has done customizations on thier environment which require separate installations, either by importing packages or deploying specific chunk files, you will need to get back to the VAR who originally developed those customizations to get your files along with instructions on how to install.
