Hi,
the subscription center works fine on our external page, yet if I open the e-mail via mobile and click the unsubscribe link I get to the subscription center but an error is displayed in regards of cookies probably blocking the access..
Any suggestions solutions how to fix this?
Here is a common issue and its resolution for phone which may help you.
Error: On iOS 14, canvas embedding, Power BI dashboards or iframes relying on cookies do not work.
Go to the iOS settings page related to the mobile app, and enable Allow Cross-Website Tracking.

unfortunately I checked my E-Mail app within the iOS settings and tracking is already enabled. We tested it too on an android device where it also did not work. So should we try to choose Form Hosting as script instead of an iFrame in order to solve this?
Our client has about 50% of users on mobile devices so we need to find a way to enable the subscription center for mobile and I am sure it has been done in the past. I am not sure if the issue comes form the clients domain, dynamics, e-mail app /client.
