How to restrict Charges Value of Maintain charges form to be updated by authorized user?

Hi folks,

Is it possible to restrict the charges value in Maintain charges form (Sales order) using security? I have to allow only authorized person to update the charge value. I can't use OOB "Maintain sales order details" privilege as it gives full access like new and delete as well therefore, I want to restrict my user to only update the charge value nothing else. 

For that, I tried making the form control property "Need permission" to "Manual" and creating two privileges maintain and view and giving form control permission to those privileges (read and delete respectively) but for my maintain custom privilege to work it is necessary to give OOB "Maintain sales order details" privilege to that role as well which I don't want to because of the new and delete permission. Without the OOB privilege it's not allowing me to update the charges value control. So, I am just asking if it's possible using security in D365FO?
