How to configure Double Opt In in form

Hello CRM Marketing Experts,

I tried to configure Global DOI in our Marketing app before but we decided to abandon that and instead, we will be adopting the form level double opt in.

I followed what is written in the link below to configure form double opt in,  but It did not work.

If you have set up Form Double Opt In before, please provide some advice on how to effectively set this up.

    Hi Jolas365,

    Only subscription center type form is supported with form level double opt in, and we need to run a simple customer journey to send email instead of the test send. Moreover, make sure content settings to marketing form and customer journey are same.

    Please check whether submission is logged by Insights service:

    In addition, you could also take a look to Insights of DOI confirmation email to check whether the email is delivered or blocked.

    Hello Clofly,

    I run a test then I get an error saying Marketing page selected for Thank You web page should be in Live state.

    When I check my Thank You page, it is still in Going Live status. I did not use any particular template for the thank you page. My question is how long will it take to be in Live state? And there is no Go Live button in the command bar. Go Live only appears when a template is used.

    Hi Jolas365,

    In general, the page should be in Live status within 1 minute.

    It seems that the Thank You page got stuck, the issue occurs occasionally.

    Please create a new page to test again, if it could go live successfully, then using the new instead, and raise a support ticket to ask for support to fix the issue.
