Is there a way to search or filter the cases, opportunities, etc... with attached documents?

Hello guys,

Currently, we're using Dynamics CRM Online with Sharepoint online, so we're able to upload documents to opportunities ,cases, etc.

We need to search some of those records but only the ones that have any document attached.

Is there a way to filter and display only the needed record (A Case or other) that has a document attached?

If not, do you know if there's a way to create a field on the opportunity that CRM can fill automatically when the user uploads something to the CRM case or opportunity?
