Effect on Management Reporter when using PSTL Account Modifier to change one segment of the chart of accounts in Dynamics GP

My client wants to make a change to one segment of their chart of accounts.  We plan to use PSTL Account Modifier in Dynamics GP 2013.  The segment being changed is the segment used in the Reporting Tree Definition in Management Reporter.  Is there any utility to update MR with these changes.  Has anyone used SQL to update the Data Mart.

    I'm not aware of a utility to update the trees, but I just tested Find & Replace in a tree and it worked as expected.  If you have a lot of trees it could be time consuming, but relatively simple & straightforward.

    As for the Data Mart, you will need to rebuild it after you make the changes.

    Below is a step-by-step guide for rebuilding the DM:

    Management Reporter
    From MR Configuration Console
      1.     REMOVE DM Integration
      2.     Turn OFF MR services
      3.     DELETE DM db in SQL
      4.     Turn ON MR services
      5.     Configure “GP Datamart”*
      6.     Add Integration
      7.     Check logs in MR Config to ensure it’s completely built
    * File > Configure
     Check: Add Microsoft Dynamics GP Data Mart box**
     GP Database Server = [YOUR GP SERVER NAME] | Database = DYNAMICS
     DM Database Server = [YOUR MR SERVER NAME] | ManagementReporterDM
    ** The top & bottom boxes should already be checked; Leave them checked
      or check them if they are not checked. (Services)
