    Hi Mohit,

In chrome it looks fine. Issue is in Internet explorer.

    What could be the issue?

    Thanks,

    Naveen.

    Hi,

try to clear the cache of the browser

I have seen some crazy things happen with screens in CRM when your zoom level is not set to 100%.  My other suggestion would be to clear your cache and maybe reset your browser to the default factory settings.

    Hi All,

Thanks a lot for the reply. I tried steps mentioned in below link and it worked.

    community.dynamics.com/.../477921

Go to the `Advanced find` which is having issue, press F12 key.  There will be multiple tabs, go to `Console` tab and at the bottom you will see a `Single/Multiline Editor`, type in that `localStorage.clear();` and press enter or the green button at `right bottom' which says `Run Script`. Close and re-open `Advanced find`

For CRM 365 using Chrome the steps that worked for me were to:

    1) Open Advanced Find

    2) Press F12 to open the Dev Tools window.

    3) Open the Run command popup, either by Ctrl + Shift + P or using the 3-dot menu in the top right corner and selecting that option

    4) Type in the following at the Run> prompt: "localStorage.clear();" (without quotes) and press Enter

    5) Close Dev Tools and Advanced Find windows, and re-open Advanced Find.
