Hi Community,

When my accounts was trying to post a journal, she encounter this error.

Error : Receipt error "GST Posting group must be equals to in Gen Journal Line: Journal Template Name=CASHRCPT, Journal Batch Name=MAR, Line No.=0

I understand that it has something to do with GST Posting Group, but I can't find the place to input this.

Please advise.

    Hi Zhu,

    I have set up all the GST posting group. So I don't think its due to that.

    Josh,

    I checked and if you believe all the GST Posting Group are setup then I would have your Partner debug the journal to locate the cause.
