Dear All,

I am not able to delete the approved purchase order, I do not activate the change management, the delete button is disabled for all approved POs.

please update.

1. If purchase order is coming from PR it cannot be deleted if the workflow process is done and status is approved.

2. If there is any workflow on PO and this PO is approved through workflow it cannot be deleted.

As you are saying PO activate the change management is not enabled. So your PO workflow will not work. So if you have the 1st case then you can cancel PO. For this purpose.

Are you facing this issue for all the Purchase orders or only selected orders...?

For the concern raised earlier, it is happening for all purchase orders

It is happening the same to me but with Purchase order created by intercompany sales order..

I removed the link between SO and PO but still not able to delete it.. any suggestion?

Even Cancel button is disabled.
