Is it possible to deploy a Dynamics 365 FO sandbox environment in power platform admin center without Demo data? if yes what are steps any docummentation will be appreciated.

Deploy D365 FO sandbox environment

I haven't done this myself yet, but the documentation seems to suggest that you should uncheck the "Enable demo data for Finance and Operations" checkbox. I'd assume that'd give you a completely clean environment.
