I have setup to archive Sales Quotes automatically but after they've been archived how do I pull a list of all my archived sales quotes? The sales quotes have all been transferred to a sales order.

Unfortunately, this page is not exposed. It should be called:
Sales Quote Archives
I will file a internal request for this issue to have it exposed to Dynamics 365 BC. It does not make sense to enable the functionality to archive sales documents and then not to give access to the archive itself.
If approved, it will show up in Dynamics 365 BC in an upcoming update. Unfortunately, I cannot share an ETA.
